We do everything in our power to try and accomodate your hosting requirements. However, if you are dissatisfied with our service in any way, we will give you a full refund within 30 days of your signup. This does not apply if your account has been suspended due to a violation of our acceptable use policy.
This advanced feature gives all hosting accounts the ability to host entirely separately managed domain names with only one hosting account.
For example, your bandwidth and diskspace can be shared between http://www.mycompany.com, http://www.mydomain.com and http://www.mysite.com.
A cron job is used to execute jobs at specified times or to run commands on a regularly scheduled basis. For example you can use cron jobs to backup a database at a set time every day.
Our servers are backed up locally every two days, and to a remote secure server weekly. This is in case of server failure. Each user is still responsible for maintaining a local copy of their own files.
Create subdomains in your site. For example:
http://marketing.yourdomain.com
http://contact.yourdomain.com
http://order.yourdomain.com
Apart to your main domain, for example http://www.yourdomain.com, additional domain names can be 'parked' or 'pointed' to your main account. So visitors to the parked domain see the same content as those that visit the main domain.
